For the longest time I never had Factions available to me so whenever I wanted to 600/Smite, I was damned to be the Smiter. And while some people might enjoy sitting and leeching drops, I Dofus Kamas sure don't. I want to be out there doing something! Nevermind the fact that there quite a few bad 600s advertising "Exp 600 LF Smite!!!1!pancake!!" I couldn't tolerate how bad a lot of them were, however, I could tolerate my own failure... so, I decided, how could I design a mimic 600 build still capable of tanking HM enemies without the crutch of Spirit Bond? Massive self-healing, I thought. And it Scions of Fate gold did work. I ran this build on my "600":
For the most part, it worked. It was capable of mending the damage experienced as a 600 without Spirit Bond, so long as I wasn't being mobbed by upwards of 8 or 9 marshal attackers (and even then, Lotro gold I was at a near breaking-point!). Even though it paled in comparison to a legitimate 600, I continued to use it here-and-there because it was fun, and even showed it to a few friends and guild-mates who got a nice chuckle out of it, because of both how primitive SilkRoad Gold it was and the fact it even worked.
Anyways, got myself a copy of Factions and starting 600ing like it was supposed to be done... didn't pay much attention to my dubiously dubbed "Faithful Tank" after that.

But within the last couple weeks we Monks have received some nice buffs to the Healing Prayers line, most noticeably Word of Healing and Light of Deliverance (even though that was a terrible, terrible nerf). RS Gold Among other buffed healing skills sat Glimmer of Light.
The first time I dabbled in making a pseudo-600 I used Arcane Echo + Glimmer of Light + Holy Haste because of low recharge, high spammability, and because it's virtually non-interruptible due to the 1/8 SWG Credits second casting time. But looking at it now, it caught my eye. They increased the amount it healed for and decreased the recharge time (no more Arcane Echo for spamming! Woot!). So last night, I saddled up on the old pseudo-600 with a new build and attempted to do Guild Wars Gold Gates of Kryta HM, a place where my "Faithful Tank" failed many a time before. The build?

To my personal amazement, I actually cleared the massive mob that my other Monk-tank failed miserably with. No doubt accountable to the fact that I incorporated some very important Protection Prayers into my bar, RS Gold but undeniable is the fact that Glimmer of Light proved to be a very powerful heal in itself, healing for upwards of 300 health each use (306 for me, to be exact). The primary disadvantage of the build, however, is that you need max AL armor, so of course RS Gold the rate at which you kill creatures is going to be far lower than that of a properly-suited 600. And although most would stick to a generic 600 build for it's ease of use, this is a very fun, and sometimes challenging alternative, for those who either a) don't have RS Gold the Factions campaign or b) just want a new little challenge.

　　对于快递的含义，新《邮政法》认为快递是在承诺的时限内快速完成的将信件、包裹、印刷品等物品，按照封装上的名址递送给特定个人或者单位的寄递活动。然而快递与传统的邮政业务在运输对象性质上存在较大差异，传统邮政业以信函为主要传递对象，其实质是信息流的传递，而快递业的实物流特性更为明显。因此，快递业与物流业具有较多的相似之处，但通常来讲快递业所运输的货物重量更轻、体积更小，在时间上比物流业要求更高。可见，快递业是介于物流业和传统邮政业之间相对独立的新兴行业,北京快递公司的迅猛发展让北京国际快递达到迅猛的发展。

　　国际快递业兴起于20世纪60年代末的美国，中国第一家快递企业成立于1979年。随着中国改革开放的发展，日趋激烈的市场竞争环境要求社会能够提供更加快捷、安全的物品传递服务，同时不断改善的交通状况及信息管理技术也为这种需求提供了可能，中国快递业由此应运而生。1980年中国邮政开办全球邮政特快专递业务（EMS），随后国际快递巨头也纷纷通过合资、委托代理等方式进入中国市场。1986年颁布的《邮政法》规定：“信件和其他具有信件性质的物品的寄递业务由邮政企业专营，但是国务院另有规定的除外”。但随着市场经济进一步发展，邮政企业已经无法满足外贸行业对报关材料、样品等快速传递的需求，民营快递企业因此迅速崛起。1993年，顺丰速运和申通快递分别在珠三角、长三角成立，1994年初，宅急送在北京成立。2005年12月，中国按照WTO协议全面对外资开放物流及快递业。2007年9月，《快递服务》邮政行业标准发布为快递业提供了规范服务行业标准。2008年7月，《快递市场管理办法》正式实施。2009年10月1日，《快递业务经营许可管理办法》和新修改的《邮政法》同步实施，首次在法律上明确了快递企业的地位，并提出了快递业的准入门槛。

　　我国快递业经过30多年发展，已经形成了一个规模庞大的产业。2008年，我国登记备案的快递企业达到5，000余家，全行业从业人员23.1万人。2009年全国规模以上快递企业业务量累计完成18.6亿件，同比增长22.8％；业务收入累计完成479亿元，同比增长17.3％。全年同城、异地、国际及港澳台快递业务收入分别占全部快递收入的7.3％、55.7％和31.7％；业务量分别占全部快递业务量的23.5％、70.4％和6.1％。

　　答：本次《推广目录》年度调整，全国共有1433家生产企业通过网络填报提交了5534份产品信息。省级农机化主管部门通过审核，向农业部推荐了1328家企业的5086个产品。按照农业部、财政部、发改委制定的《国家支持推广的农业机械产品目录管理办法》(下文简称《管理办法》)，农业部组织进行了专家评审，并征求了财政部、发改委、工信部等部门的意见，共有879家企业的3044个产品上网公示，最后确定868家企业的3013个产品增补列入《推广目录》，总通过率为59.2%。

　　第2问：本次《推广目录》年度调整工作有什么特点？

　　答：归纳起来主要有三个特点：一是申报数量多。受购机补贴政策的拉动和企业新产品开发力度的加大，申报本次《推广目录》年度调整的企业数和产品数均创历史新高。二是入选门槛高。为扶强扶优扶大农机企业，优化农机生产结构，在申报之前，我部印发了有关补充规定，对企业的规模和资质提出了更高的要求，提高了企业的入选门槛。三是评审把关严。评审专家在评审过程中，依照《管理办法》对产品的先进性、适用性及范围、安全性和可靠性以及生产销售情况的要求，严格把握评审标准。

　　第3问：在本次《推广目录》年度调整中，如何保证审定工作的公平公正？

　　答：为了保证《推广目录》制定工作的公平公正，我们在本次年度调整中坚持做到以下几点：一是严格按照程序操作。目录调整制定工作严格按照《管理办法》规定的企业自愿申报、省级审核推荐、专家评审、公开公示、会签协商的五个程序进行，以程序的公正保证结果的公正性。二是发挥省级农机化主管部门把关作用。申报企业必须经过省级审核推荐，才具备入选资格。未入选原因由省里反馈给企业。三是评审专家队伍具有权威性和代表性。本次评审专家来自管理、生产、推广、鉴定、科研、销售等各个领域，具有广泛的代表性。他们都是其所在专业的科技带头人，专业技术水平高，熟悉产品情况，具有较高的权威性。四是接受纪检部门监督。农业部驻部纪检组派员全程监督了目录的初审和综合审议工作，确保了评审纪律和规定执行。五是广泛接受社会监督。《推广目录》调整建议公示稿向社会进行了10个工作日的网上公示，广泛征集社会各方面的意见，接受监督。对于本次调整未列入的产品逐一向申报企业进行了反馈，接受企业的监督，确保结果公正。六是实行集体研究制。对公示期间收到的意见进行认真核实，按照统一标准，集体研究决定。

　　第4问：公示期间收到了哪些反馈意见？

　　答：本次《推广目录》年度调整公示期间，共收到98份反馈意见。反映的主要意见包括4个方面：一是询问未列入《推广目录》年度调整公示稿原因，此类意见占多数。二是申请增补列入《推广目录》。三是投诉取消企业产品资格，主要反映一些企业规模小、存在知识产权争议、不符合有关规定等问题，建议取消企业产品进入目录资格。四是申请更正企业信息，主要包括修改公示稿中的文字错误、更改企业联系方式等。

　　第5问：如何处理公示期间反映的问题？

　　答：对于公示期间反映的意见和问题，我们坚持以下处理原则：一是做到耐心解释。省级受理机构负责将专家评审意见向企业反馈和解释，并争取企业的理解和支持。二是进行认真核实。对举报材料需要现场查实的，责成有关人员进行现场查实，根据调查情况提出处理建议。三是采取集体研究。对反映的意见和问题，与有关专家进行集体讨论，提出处理意见。四是坚持统一标准。同类问题坚持一个尺度，一视同仁。五是严格遵循程序。未经公示的产品原则上不再增补。

　　第6问：公示期间反映意见的处理结果怎样？

　　答：对于反映的意见，我们进行了认真的调查核实，并经会议集体讨论，提出处理意见。一是充分尊重专家意见和工作程序，对申请增补的但未列入公示稿中的产品不列入《推广目录》。二是举报取消的材料，经查证情况属实的予以取消，存在知识产权纠纷的，以法院判决为依据。三是属于公示稿中文字错误的，核查有关申报材料后予以更正。四是申请改变企业信息的，提供有效证明材料后予以更改。通过公示，取消了14企业的31个产品，更正了12家企业的相关信息。

　　第7问：企业申报过程中存在哪些突出问题？

　　答：从评审情况来看，主要存在五个方面问题：一是一些产品技术含量低，不够先进输送链、平顶链双节距空心销轴输送链、板式链、链条不锈钢输送用平顶链、工程塑料输送用不锈钢滚子链不锈钢滚子链及各种输送链、异型链等，平顶链种类多、规格全。。如单一功能的简易小型面粉机、碾米机、榨油机和稻麦脱粒机等不在申报范围内。有关性能指标达不到规定的要求，如发动机的油耗、挤奶机械的泄漏量、运动部件的安全防护等。二是个别企业申报信息不实，虚报产销量，缺乏诚实守信精神。三是一些企业规模小，不满足有关规定要求；有的产品批量小，生产时间短。四是企业资质不符合要求。一些申报单位是事业法人单位，有的是企业非法人。这次评审掌握的统一标准是，不具备企业法人资质的，不进入目录。五是产品名称不规范。一个产品应该具有一个规范的名称和型号，在申报材料中，个别产品名称或型号不一致，无法判定是否是同一产品。

　　第8问：今后在改进工作方面有什么打算？

　　答：一是合理调整国家和省级目录结构。进一步提高国家目录入选门槛，确保企业规模大、制造质量好、技术含量高、通用性强的产品进入国家推广目录。二是公开基础性评判条件，提高透明度，加强对入选产品的社会监督。三是扩大部级鉴定覆盖范围，加强鉴定工作的规范性和统一性。四是建立网上查询系统，方便企业和用户查询目录产品。

　　第9问：对企业今后申报目录有哪些建议？

　　答：有如下几点建议：一是按照标准规范产品名称和型号，保证产品名称和型号的规范一致。二是坚持诚实守信，申报信息要实事求是。三是认真仔细，避免出现差错，影响产品入选目录。四是准确理解相关规定，严格按照要求填报信息和提供材料。五是树立正面的企业形象，建立现代企业制度，突出品牌和商标的效应。六是提高科技含量，改进产品性能，加快产品更新换代的步伐。

　　第10问：2011年度调整工作何时开始？

　　长治、晋城、临汾、运城被人们统称为山西南部。这里的早期建筑承载着这片古老土地上一段厚重的历史和独特的文明。这里保存下来的105处早期建筑年代排序齐全，从唐、五代、宋、金、元到明、清各朝各代，都留下了各自的代表性建筑。纳入山西南部早期建筑保护工程第一批修缮保护工程的长治市高平二郎庙就是其中之一。高平二郎庙是一处保存完整的道教建筑群，庙内共保存清代建筑14座；金代建筑1座，其中建于金大定二十三年（公元1183年）的戏台，是我国迄今为止发现的现存最早的戏剧舞台。2006年6月被国务院公布为第六批国家重点文物保护单位。

自成立以来在院里的古建筑设计支持和帮助下，我所在传统古建筑修缮研究及近现代文物建筑遗产保护方面取得了可喜的成果。目前，在古建筑修缮保护等方面，特别是在四合院修缮方面已积累了一定的科研成果

　　据统计，2009年度中，在龙之梦等项目的带动下，东北市场成为离心机市场中的异类，继续保持了一定幅度的增长，而华东、华北、华南、华中、西北、西南六大区域离心机市场规模分别出现了不同程度的下滑，其中经济最为发达、市场整体规模最大华东地区自身规模下滑最大，同时，大部分地区离心机市场在区域整体市场中的占比(图，以及离心机在区域冷水机组市场中的占比也都出现下滑(图9)，也再次说明了离心机市场整体下滑最直接的原因来自市场外部经济环境的影响。然而，各区域自身规模的变化并没有给其在离心机市场占比带来明显的影响，华东、华南、华北三大市场依然是离心机市场的主角，占比均超过了20%，其他几大区域依然维持在10%之下(图10)。这也印证了离心机市场的发展规律与区域经济发展状况的密不可分。在这样的情况下，相信离心机市场的区域分布格局也将比较稳定。


　　与离心机市场整体出现下滑类似的是，2009年度中，在离心机市场几乎占据着垄断地位的四大外资品牌的离心机销售分析数据全面下滑(图11、图12)。得益于技术、品牌、渠道、用户、服务等多方面的数十年的积累，四大外资品牌已经在离心机市场的势力毋庸置疑，这在为离心机市场的后来者树立起一道高高的屏障的同时，也足以保证其在离心机市场的正常运转。因此，外部经济环境因素的影响也几乎就是造成09年度四大外资品牌离心机市场全面下滑的唯一原因。


　　如果将四大外资品牌称为离心机市场的绝对中坚力量，那么在其身后尾随都可以归纳为离心机市场的新生部落。对比两个群体在09年度中的表现，与前者全面下滑的无奈形成鲜明对比的是，离心机市场的新生代们却呈现出了蓬勃的朝气，顿汉布什、LS、美的、格力等品牌增长幅度惊人，世纪东元、盾安等纷纷涉足离心机市场。尽管这些新力量在传统的离心机市场中带来了新鲜的血液，也将给传统的优势力量带来一些冲击，在市场规模力量对比上发生了变化(图13)，但毋庸置疑的是，这些新生势力的增长最主要的原因是之前的市场基数较小。
