We are supposed to be one of the top damage dealers, yet why is it we fall so far behind other classes on damage meters?
We are probably THE most vulnerable class out of all classes; EVE Online ISK referred to as a glass cannon, easy to break yet able to deal major damage. I don't think this is the case anymore.
We remain easy to break, but we lack the major damage output. EVE Online ISK
To bring Mages back into par with other classes, the only way to boost PvE for a mage is to increase damage on our spells. It's a simple plain fact; It doesn't matter what gear we wear, what talents we spec, SWG Credits we will always fall behind other classes in damage output over and over again; unless that is, other classes are wearing inferior gear or are simply not clued on how to play their class or they use minimal damage rotations. In normal PvE we can drop mobs pretty fast, yet on raids we are mainly used for CC and not damage output, which should be the Mages strongest point.

Again, PvP for a mage, mainly relies on luck, cooldowns and complete knowledge of other classes to be sucessful; if anyone gets into melee range of us, we are as good as dead when EVE Online ISK applied with stuns; snares etc. Sure we can trinket or blink or nova, but these defenses are so vulnerable to breaking or being countered; that survivability for the mage drastically decreases.
To beat a melee class we need to keep distance, MapleStory Mesos nova has limited activation distance, CoC has limited activation distance; meaning we have to be close to apply these CC to our target; this puts us at great disadvantage because this means we have to be in range of a melee class and probably take some hits to Guild Wars Gold be able to CC; then it can be broken by trinket or another class spell; and we can't rely on blink anymore as it's so prone to failing.
So if we can't gain distance to be able to execute our major spells; fireball; frost bolt; and our CC fails because of trinkets, bugs or class counter spells; then what are we? DEAD! or maybe we can iceblock, SilkRoad Gold prolonging the inevitable death for oh 10 seconds?
What about fighting other spell casters? this becomes a game of mana consumption and damage output combined; he who has more mana, lives that little longer?

Take fighting a Warlock; not only do we have to contend with a pet dealing damage on us; but we also have to contend with being feared and being Dotted; sure we can use remove curse, only to be dotted WOW Powerleveling again instantly; and as we lack the HP to be able to sustan DoT damage for a time, we are easily killed; sure we can use mana shield to absorb the damage dealt by DoT's but we then lose our pool of survivability; which again would result in our demise. What about fighting a druid; they can dps and interrupt us just like a rogue can; they can deal damage from afar using their spells if we do manage to gain distance; oh and did I mention they can heal? Last Chaos Gold if you do manage to get the upper hand on a druid, then they can simply go bear or cat form to close range and tank our damage till we die.
These are just some examples and with regards to PvP mainly focus on 1vs1 fights; yet if you enter into a BG, then you have to factor in so many different encounters that the mage is really at the Last Chaos Gold disadvantage; unless we remain in groups and rely on other players for our survivability.

Ever since the start of WoW I have played a hunter; and I am ashamed to say that when fighting mages; I just put my pet on enrage and let it go; I don't even bother shooting the mage with my bow, Scions of Fate gold because I know my pet can kill the mage on its own. 　一.通风系统风管清洗是人体健康和节约能源的需要

　　空调通风系统在长期运行的过程中，很容易出现灰尘沉积与阻塞，造成细菌微生物滋生、在通风风管内甚至还有动物尸体、死老鼠，军团菌、大肠杆菌、溶血性链球菌及各种呼吸道疾病细菌、病毒性细菌大量孳生，危害的是办公大楼的大部分工作人员。

　　由于空调房间相对封闭，室内的温度和相对湿度很适合致病性微生物尤其是真菌的生长和繁殖。如果不定期或从不清洗滤尘网、通风系统的风管，空调一开，滤尘网上的病菌和灰尘就会吹出来，人吸入后沉积在呼吸道中或附在人体皮肤上，从而产生皮肤瘙痒、鼻塞、打喷嚏、哮喘等不适。

　　空调通风风管内的灰尘，很容易沉积在空调设备的表面上，如：表面换热器、消声器、消声弯头、过滤器、各种阀门等，造成阻塞，使风力受阻、空调机组设备换热能力下降和制冷压缩机功耗增加、用电增加，浪费资金、浪费能源。

　　解决这些问题最根本的方法，就是对空调通风系统进行彻底的清理洗刷。中南应用科学技术研究院生产的清洗剂有：电脑清洗清洗剂、风管清洗清洗剂，全国电脑清洗连锁机构共承接了数千家工矿企业、风管清洗事业单位的科技清洗，在中国清洗市场占有主要份额。如果清洗中不按照标准规范程序进行操作，通风管道中的灰尘和细菌微生物等将对周围的环境、工作人员、工作区域空调用户和空调设备带来极大的危害。

日前，中國專利保護協會公布了2009年專利申請數量排名。其中，中興通訊、華為分列國內企業前兩名。據世界知識產權組織的初步統計，2009年我國申請人共申請國際專利7971件，增幅居世界各主要國家之首。其中，華為居全球第二，而中興、大唐電信等企業均進入全球申請排名前200名。而在2008年的全球專利申請公司排名榜上，華為以1737件申請量首次占據榜首。

通過這些數據可以看出，近年來國內通信設備制造商非常重視專利申請，並且在專利申請數量上有了突飛猛進的提高。他們為何高度重視專利申請？為何在專利申請領域表現如此搶眼？這是因為，在高度競爭的通信設備和技術領域，知識產權是一項極其重要的發展戰略，是企業間競爭的制高點。也是關繫到企業市場地位、實際利益、話語權的重要法寶。國際一流企業的一個重要標準就是專利數量的多少。而且，專利權更是通信領域頂級遊戲規則之一。

自主創新，是我國通信設備企業近年來從小到大、從弱到強、從邊緣到主流的制勝秘訣之一。作為自主創新成果的直接體現，就是專利申請。對於一個企業來說，擁有的專利數量越多，其在國內國際市場所處的位置就越有利。

專利權關繫到企業的話語權。近年來，在國際電聯以及一些有影響的國際標準組織內，已經有越來越多的中國企業的專家擔任了很多專業技術委員會的委員，甚至擔任學術領導職務，參與國際通信技術標準的研究制定。這就使得我國企業能夠緊緊跟蹤國際通信技術的發展變革，參與變革，參與遊戲規則的制定。過去我國參加國際電聯的學術會議沒有什麼發言權，頂多是個旁聽者，而通信技術標準的制定權往往掌握在少數幾個國家的少數幾個超級企業手裡，制定出來的標準一定是對他們有利。而現在，通過多年努力，使我國企業在通信標準領域有了較多的話語權，這不僅是因為中國是全球最大的新興市場，更重要的是，中國企業在通信標準領域通過創新擁有很多技術專利，國際標準的研究制定需要聽取中國企業的意見和建議，需要吸納中國企業的科研成果，最後通過博采眾長，達到新的通信標準的完善性、廣泛性、通用性和一致性。而這種局面在幾年前是不可能的。

專利權關繫到企業的市場地位。華為、中興、大唐等企業如今都是通信領域有世界級影響的重要企業，特別是華為和中興，已經在全球通信設備領域位居前列，不斷在國際市場激烈的較量中戰勝跨國巨頭，贏得重要客戶的網絡建設合同。中國企業為何能在競爭堪稱殘酷的通信設備領域脫穎而出？通過自主創新擁有大量的技術專利，在許多重要的通信技術領域例如無線通信、光通信、數據通信占有一席之地，技術上不遜色於國際一流企業，甚至在某些領域有自己的專長和特色，這是其中的一條重要因素。而中國其他一些以代工、OEM或貼牌為主的企業，不管曾經有過多大的產業規模，但在技術上受制於人，每年交納給授權企業的專利費就是一筆巨大的開支，甚至完全抵消了微薄的利潤，這樣的企業最後都失去了市場地位，隨著技術的升級換代和產業競爭的洗牌，這樣的企業注定要在市場上消失。

技術專利數量的迅速增長，需要企業在技術研發上舍得持續投入。據了解，華為每年堅持以不少於銷售收入10%的費用和43%的員工投入研究開發，並將研發投入的10%用於前沿技術、核心技術以及基礎技術的研究。中興通訊一直堅持將收入的10%投入研發，即使在金融危機最嚴重的2008年，對手迫於壓力而縮小研發規模的時候，中興通訊的研發投入增幅仍然超過了收入增幅，達到40億元。不重視技術創新、不舍得對研發進行高投入的企業，就不可能在專利申請上取得好的成績，也就談不上話語權、市場地位和商業利益。因此，專利權的背後，歸根結底還是自主創新。隻有以技術創新作為企業發展原動力的企業，纔有可能永葆生機和活力。

　　对于快递的含义，新《邮政法》认为快递是在承诺的时限内快速完成的将信件、包裹、印刷品等物品，按照封装上的名址递送给特定个人或者单位的寄递活动。然而快递与传统的邮政业务在运输对象性质上存在较大差异，传统邮政业以信函为主要传递对象，其实质是信息流的传递，而快递业的实物流特性更为明显。因此，快递业与物流业具有较多的相似之处，但通常来讲快递业所运输的货物重量更轻、体积更小，在时间上比物流业要求更高。可见，快递业是介于物流业和传统邮政业之间相对独立的新兴行业,北京快递公司的迅猛发展让北京国际快递达到迅猛的发展。

　　国际快递业兴起于20世纪60年代末的美国，中国第一家快递企业成立于1979年。随着中国改革开放的发展，日趋激烈的市场竞争环境要求社会能够提供更加快捷、安全的物品传递服务，同时不断改善的交通状况及信息管理技术也为这种需求提供了可能，中国快递业由此应运而生。1980年中国邮政开办全球邮政特快专递业务（EMS），随后国际快递巨头也纷纷通过合资、委托代理等方式进入中国市场。1986年颁布的《邮政法》规定：“信件和其他具有信件性质的物品的寄递业务由邮政企业专营，但是国务院另有规定的除外”。但随着市场经济进一步发展，邮政企业已经无法满足外贸行业对报关材料、样品等快速传递的需求，民营快递企业因此迅速崛起。1993年，顺丰速运和申通快递分别在珠三角、长三角成立，1994年初，宅急送在北京成立。2005年12月，中国按照WTO协议全面对外资开放物流及快递业。2007年9月，《快递服务》邮政行业标准发布为快递业提供了规范服务行业标准。2008年7月，《快递市场管理办法》正式实施。2009年10月1日，《快递业务经营许可管理办法》和新修改的《邮政法》同步实施，首次在法律上明确了快递企业的地位，并提出了快递业的准入门槛。

　　我国快递业经过30多年发展，已经形成了一个规模庞大的产业。2008年，我国登记备案的快递企业达到5，000余家，全行业从业人员23.1万人。2009年全国规模以上快递企业业务量累计完成18.6亿件，同比增长22.8％；业务收入累计完成479亿元，同比增长17.3％。全年同城、异地、国际及港澳台快递业务收入分别占全部快递收入的7.3％、55.7％和31.7％；业务量分别占全部快递业务量的23.5％、70.4％和6.1％。

农业部近日发布第1324号公告，公布了《2009-2011年国家支持推广的农业机械产品目录》(2010年度调整)(以下简称《推广目录》)。就《推广目录》年度调整工作的有关情况，记者采访了农业部农业机械化管理司的相关负责人。

　　第1问：本次《推广目录》年度调整工作总体情况如何？

　　答：本次《推广目录》年度调整，全国共有1433家生产企业通过网络填报提交了5534份产品信息。省级农机化主管部门通过审核，向农业部推荐了1328家企业的5086个产品。按照农业部、财政部、发改委制定的《国家支持推广的农业机械产品目录管理办法》(下文简称《管理办法》)，农业部组织进行了专家评审，并征求了财政部、发改委、工信部等部门的意见，共有879家企业的3044个产品上网公示，最后确定868家企业的3013个产品增补列入《推广目录》，总通过率为59.2%。

　　第2问：本次《推广目录》年度调整工作有什么特点？

　　答：归纳起来主要有三个特点：一是申报数量多。受购机补贴政策的拉动和企业新产品开发力度的加大，申报本次《推广目录》年度调整的企业数和产品数均创历史新高。二是入选门槛高。为扶强扶优扶大农机企业，优化农机生产结构，在申报之前，我部印发了有关补充规定，对企业的规模和资质提出了更高的要求，提高了企业的入选门槛。三是评审把关严。评审专家在评审过程中，依照《管理办法》对产品的先进性、适用性及范围、安全性和可靠性以及生产销售情况的要求，严格把握评审标准。

　　第3问：在本次《推广目录》年度调整中，如何保证审定工作的公平公正？

　　答：为了保证《推广目录》制定工作的公平公正，我们在本次年度调整中坚持做到以下几点：一是严格按照程序操作。目录调整制定工作严格按照《管理办法》规定的企业自愿申报、省级审核推荐、专家评审、公开公示、会签协商的五个程序进行，以程序的公正保证结果的公正性。二是发挥省级农机化主管部门把关作用。申报企业必须经过省级审核推荐，才具备入选资格。未入选原因由省里反馈给企业。三是评审专家队伍具有权威性和代表性。本次评审专家来自管理、生产、推广、鉴定、科研、销售等各个领域，具有广泛的代表性。他们都是其所在专业的科技带头人，专业技术水平高，熟悉产品情况，具有较高的权威性。四是接受纪检部门监督。农业部驻部纪检组派员全程监督了目录的初审和综合审议工作，确保了评审纪律和规定执行。五是广泛接受社会监督。《推广目录》调整建议公示稿向社会进行了10个工作日的网上公示，广泛征集社会各方面的意见，接受监督。对于本次调整未列入的产品逐一向申报企业进行了反馈，接受企业的监督，确保结果公正。六是实行集体研究制。对公示期间收到的意见进行认真核实，按照统一标准，集体研究决定。

　　第4问：公示期间收到了哪些反馈意见？

　　答：本次《推广目录》年度调整公示期间，共收到98份反馈意见。反映的主要意见包括4个方面：一是询问未列入《推广目录》年度调整公示稿原因，此类意见占多数。二是申请增补列入《推广目录》。三是投诉取消企业产品资格，主要反映一些企业规模小、存在知识产权争议、不符合有关规定等问题，建议取消企业产品进入目录资格。四是申请更正企业信息，主要包括修改公示稿中的文字错误、更改企业联系方式等。

　　第5问：如何处理公示期间反映的问题？

　　答：对于公示期间反映的意见和问题，我们坚持以下处理原则：一是做到耐心解释。省级受理机构负责将专家评审意见向企业反馈和解释，并争取企业的理解和支持。二是进行认真核实。对举报材料需要现场查实的，责成有关人员进行现场查实，根据调查情况提出处理建议。三是采取集体研究。对反映的意见和问题，与有关专家进行集体讨论，提出处理意见。四是坚持统一标准。同类问题坚持一个尺度，一视同仁。五是严格遵循程序。未经公示的产品原则上不再增补。

　　第6问：公示期间反映意见的处理结果怎样？

　　答：对于反映的意见，我们进行了认真的调查核实，并经会议集体讨论，提出处理意见。一是充分尊重专家意见和工作程序，对申请增补的但未列入公示稿中的产品不列入《推广目录》。二是举报取消的材料，经查证情况属实的予以取消，存在知识产权纠纷的，以法院判决为依据。三是属于公示稿中文字错误的，核查有关申报材料后予以更正。四是申请改变企业信息的，提供有效证明材料后予以更改。通过公示，取消了14企业的31个产品，更正了12家企业的相关信息。

　　第7问：企业申报过程中存在哪些突出问题？

　　答：从评审情况来看，主要存在五个方面问题：一是一些产品技术含量低，不够先进输送链、平顶链双节距空心销轴输送链、板式链、链条不锈钢输送用平顶链、工程塑料输送用不锈钢滚子链不锈钢滚子链及各种输送链、异型链等，平顶链种类多、规格全。。如单一功能的简易小型面粉机、碾米机、榨油机和稻麦脱粒机等不在申报范围内。有关性能指标达不到规定的要求，如发动机的油耗、挤奶机械的泄漏量、运动部件的安全防护等。二是个别企业申报信息不实，虚报产销量，缺乏诚实守信精神。三是一些企业规模小，不满足有关规定要求；有的产品批量小，生产时间短。四是企业资质不符合要求。一些申报单位是事业法人单位，有的是企业非法人。这次评审掌握的统一标准是，不具备企业法人资质的，不进入目录。五是产品名称不规范。一个产品应该具有一个规范的名称和型号，在申报材料中，个别产品名称或型号不一致，无法判定是否是同一产品。

　　第8问：今后在改进工作方面有什么打算？

　　答：一是合理调整国家和省级目录结构。进一步提高国家目录入选门槛，确保企业规模大、制造质量好、技术含量高、通用性强的产品进入国家推广目录。二是公开基础性评判条件，提高透明度，加强对入选产品的社会监督。三是扩大部级鉴定覆盖范围，加强鉴定工作的规范性和统一性。四是建立网上查询系统，方便企业和用户查询目录产品。

　　第9问：对企业今后申报目录有哪些建议？
